Job summary

RPM SPG in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled technician to install, repair, and finish stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial and multifamily projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with work performed at heights using scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of EIFS, plastering, and waterproofing, and be able to read blueprints. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Façade restoration experience on commercial projects.
• Knowledge of EIFS, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks and damaged stucco and exterior façades.
• Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep job sites clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
