The role requires 2+ years of construction management experience, with exterior cladding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors for project success.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and compliant with codes and regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets standards.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork on the project team; some travel may be required.
