• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors for project success.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and compliant with codes and regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work meets standards.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork on the project team; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team Some occasional travel may be required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
