Premier Exteriors, LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations from preconstruction to project handover. You will manage schedules, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, review drawings, and enforce safety and code compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and budget responsibility, with travel as needed and a competitive salary of $65k–$75k plus benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, life and vision

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all activities are sequenced and coordinated.
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site and a safe work environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and budgets to deliver projects within budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among the project team.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team
• Some occasional travel may be required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
