Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
• Manage project budgets ensuring costs are controlled.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork within the project team.
• Occasional travel may be required.
