Job summary

Premier Exteriors, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and superior quality across exterior cladding projects.

You will develop schedules, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and enforce safety and code compliance while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders; some travel may be required. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure worker safety and a safe on-site environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage subcontractors to meet standards and timelines.
• Control project costs and deliver within budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and strong teamwork on the project.
• Some occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects arecompleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team
• Some occasional travel may be required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
