Job summary

Twin Cities Siding & Roofing in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial exterior construction projects. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure quality workmanship from handoff to completion.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with AccuLynx, and the ability to work with homeowners and subcontractors across the Twin Cities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably roofing or exterior remodeling.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read contracts, estimates, scopes of work, and construction documentation.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial exterior construction projects from production handoff through completion.
• Review project contracts, estimates, scopes of work, and material requirements.
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, crews, material deliveries, and inspections.
• Monitor project timelines and address delays or scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate scheduling changes.
• Set clear expectations regarding project timelines, scope, and completion.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the construction process.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and verify workmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field supervisors to ensure work meets company standards.
• Identify and resolve installation issues, material shortages, and unexpected job site conditions.
• Document project progress, site conditions, and completed work.
• Ensure projects meet applicable building codes, manufacturer requirements, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, material costs, labor expenses, and overall job profitability.
• Review material orders, purchase orders, and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Identify additional work and ensure change orders are properly documented and approved.
• Track unexpected costs and communicate potential budget concerns to leadership.
• Verify final project charges and coordinate accurate, timely invoicing.
• Maintain accurate project records, photos, schedules, and updates in AccuLynx.
• Work closely with sales, production, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project documentation and completion paperwork are accurate.
• Take ownership of project issues and work proactively toward solutions.
• Help improve operational processes, communication, and overall efficiency.
