Cochran Exteriors is seeking an Exterior Project Manager to oversee hands-on construction crews and deliver excellent customer service to homeowners in our service areas. This full-time role offers a clear path for growth based on performance and ambition.

You will manage projects from start to finish, supervise crews and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in construction/project management (1 year preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise subcontractors and installation crews on-site.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Handle project documentation using basic computer tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer during installation.
