Job summary

Presidential Construction in Minnesota is seeking Exterior Trade Installers (Subcontractors) to perform roofing, siding, window, and gutter installations in the Twin Cities area. You will measure, cut, install, seal, and finish systems, ensuring energy efficiency and long-lasting results on residential projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in these trades, hold a Minnesota license and liability insurance, and demonstrate safety discipline, reliability, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Minnesota state license in good standing for the trade.
• Liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 / $500,000.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, window, or gutter installations.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
• Technical proficiency with tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Reliable with a track record of completing projects on time.
