Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or a related field.
• Master’s degree with GPA criteria or equivalent.
• Experience in communications, presentation, public relations/marketing, leadership, time management, organization, technology, networking, and resource development.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational programming and technical assistance for field crop production and pesticide education.
• Conduct on‑farm research in corn, soybeans, cotton, and wheat.
• Provide educational programming for dairy production, animal waste operator certifications, and youth dairy programming.
• Build relationships with local agricultural producers, private industry stakeholders, and volunteer organizations.
• Determine client needs, evaluate programs, and collaborate with other Extension programs and agencies.
