The role oversees Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales, and requires recruiting and coaching staff while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing costs to meet budgets, and guiding daily administrative tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of management experience (preferably in hotels, restaurants, or retail).
• Ability to lead a team and work without direct supervision.
• Understanding of budgeting and profit-and-loss concepts.

Aufgaben

• Maintain hotel quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and order.
• Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales operations.
• Recruit, hire, train and lead employees to meet service and quality standards.
• Coach, counsel and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local, and company requirements.
• Control costs via forecasting, labor control and budgeting to meet financial targets.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders, and admin functions (scheduling, payroll, guest reviews).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
