Job summary

HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof is seeking a General Manager to join our team in Kent, WA. The role oversees Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales, and ensures quality guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

We offer a starting salary between $81,000 and $85,000 with comprehensive benefits. The candidate will have 2+ years of management experience and strong budgeting, leadership, and guest-service skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years of management experience in extended stay hotels, restaurants, or retail management.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet service and quality goals.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales.
• Recruit, hire, train and lead employees to meet service standards.
• Coach, counsel and motivate staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and company requirements.
• Control costs to meet budget guidelines through forecasting and labor control.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies within budget.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions including scheduling, labor reporting, and payroll responding to guest reviews.
