Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the United States is seeking a Site Leader, Extended Sites to act as the on-the-ground representative for Blue Origin locations outside primary campuses. You will establish and maintain site standards, culture, and community relationships across multiple cities.

The role requires leadership across operations, safety, and enterprise-wide processes, with heavy travel (up to 75%), collaboration with facilities, security, and engagement teams, and the ability to scale practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environments.
• Experience building scalable site standards and playbooks.
• Strong collaboration and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site appearance, maintenance, and safety standards across all sites in scope.
• Drive continuous improvement for site conditions and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate facilities management and address infrastructure needs.
• Maintain site security protocols across locations.
• Represent Blue Origin to local governments and community organizations.
• Coordinate monthly site operational results to leadership.
