Job summary

Casady School in Oklahoma City seeks an Extended Programs Coordinator who is compassionate, highly organized, and engaging. You will lead staff, supervise young learners ages 3–4, and coordinate after-school activities to create a safe, enriching environment.

The role covers the Primary Division Extended Day and After School Care, requires strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability, and involves using Google Workspace and CampBrain for operations, scheduling, and records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, or camp settings.
• Able to obtain work authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfortable using administrative software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily program spaces to ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment.
• Guide and support After School Care staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Assist with lunch, rest-time, and activities for Primary Division students (ages 3–4).
• Safely pickup students after school and escort them to After School Care locations.
• Assist Extended Programs Manager with administrative paperwork and summer operations.
