Job summary

West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District is seeking an Extended Day Program Group Leader for the Community Education/EDP after-school program in West Windsor, NJ. The role supports the Site Supervisor, helps implement curriculum, and ensures a safe, engaging environment for students.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or progress toward 15 education credits and 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; 3+ years school-age programming experience.
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate staff and activities.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute after-school program aligned with district goals.
• Initiate and lead new curricula ideas and evaluate programming quality.
• Create monthly activity and snack calendars and monitor supplies.
• Ensure a welcoming, safe environment for students and families.
• Coordinate and implement full-day EDP coverage when schools are closed.
