You will review certified records, prepare clients for hearings, draft pleadings, and represent clients at hearings, while supervising support staff and collaborating with the Lead Attorney.

Responsibilities include overseeing the expungement process, maintaining high professional standards, and engaging with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree is required.
• State Bar of Michigan license is required.

Responsabilités

• Review certified court records and prepare for hearings.
• Draft pleadings related to expungement petitions and related motions.
• Prepare clients for expungement hearings and represent PCS clients at hearings.
• Appear at expungement hearings and provide zealous representation.
• Supervise and provide guidance to legal assistants and support staff.
