Job description

The Express Service Tech is responsible for performing tire-related services for customers in a professional and efficient manner. This position will adhere to and promote the Auffenberg mission. He/She will operate within the core company values while contributing to the success of their team.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Treat all co-workers, customers, and vendors with dignity and respect.
2. Perform tire-related services (e.g., installing new tires and rims, repairing tires) professionally.
3. Perform lube, oil, and filter services professionally.
4. Conduct vehicle inspections as required.
5. Recommend tires, parts, and services to the service manager for customer approval.
6. Inspect and tag used tires for resale.
7. Maintain equipment in good working condition.
8. Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
9. Assist other Lube Techs with inspections.
10. Complete work orders accurately and promptly.
11. Check in and organize inventory accurately.
12. Perform related work as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
