Project Description
  • Support Dealers in resolving automotive product concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify issues, provide technical assistance, and follow up until resolution.
  • Assist with EV (Electric Vehicle) and Hybrid automotive experience, requiring strong electrical skills.
  • Resolve Dealer concerns using problem-solving, diagnostics, call, and ticket handling.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and enhance vehicle ownership experience.
Hours

8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, and Saturday (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST). This is a 40-hour full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and tickets, providing automotive technical diagnostics to Dealer Technicians.
  • Follow a six-step diagnostic process for resolutions.
  • Support Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisors as needed.
  • Communicate product issues and provide relevant information using available tools.
  • Research databases for automotive repair information.
  • Follow up on tickets and close them after resolution.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma (Automotive Technician or Engineering degree preferred).
  • ASE Certifications.
  • At least 3 years of automotive repair experience.
  • 1-3 years of electrification, BEV, PHEV, Hybrid experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and dealer software.
  • Basic PC skills, including Windows and keyboarding.
