Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced Express Technician for a high-volume Ford dealership's Express Service team. You will perform oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and routine maintenance while upholding Ford standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include documenting work in dealership systems, staying updated on Ford bulletins, and maintaining a safe work environment. A valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ hands-on automotive technician experience, express/quick-service or high-volume maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform express/quick services on Ford, Lincoln, and other vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and address express-level concerns, escalate complex repairs.
• Complete work orders accurately, on time, with focus on safety and quality.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety protocols.
• Document work, parts usage, and recommendations in dealership systems.
