Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Hyundai Fixed Operations Field Specialist to evaluate dealership operations and grow the Express Service model across assigned dealers. You will guide installation, training, and adoption to boost throughput, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

In this field-based role, you will travel up to 80% of the time, coach staff, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Customer Experience teams to deliver a cohesive service strategy that drives measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive Fixed Operations with Express Service or Quick Lube background.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and influence dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting KPIs and repair data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert guiding dealerships through Express Service installation, training, and adoption.
• Coach and mentor dealers to maximize Express Service impact.
• Listen, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to improve efficiency and performance.
• Build partnerships with dealer teams and Customer Experience to deliver a unified message.
• Travel across assigned dealer territory to maximize impact.
