Job summary

Jones Family of Dealerships in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Express Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating maintenance and express repairs in our fast-paced Express Service Department.

You will be the primary contact for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, battery and filter replacements, and other quick-maintenance needs, ensuring timely updates and accurate records throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in automotive service advisory or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance intervals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Review concerns and document requested maintenance.
• Perform walk-arounds and identify maintenance opportunities.
• Recommend services like oil changes, tires, batteries, filters.
• Prepare estimates and obtain authorization.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate updates and completion times to customers.
• Review services with customers and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and records.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support departmental customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
