Job summary

Morries Minnetonka Subaru LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document problems for repair. You will inspect vehicles, notify customers when work is needed, and secure agreement on estimates and timelines.

You will communicate progress, follow up on estimates, handle phone inquiries, deliver completed vehicles, and support the service manager. CDK experience is preferred but not required; we value problem solving, clear communication, and

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, and collect vehicle information.

• Advise customers on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on progress, and notify customers of changes.
• Deliver vehicles, explain charges, and review work performed.
• Refer leads to sales and assist the service manager as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid fumes or exposure.
