Qualifications

• 1–2 years as Express Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in automotive service, retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Proficiency with DMS and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and costs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express services.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Review and finalize service orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the express service lane.
