Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor or relevant experience required.
• Professional and customer service oriented.
• Driven in sales AND customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prompt and willing to put in long hours.
• Willing to work Saturdays and evenings.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance and identifies mechanical problems.
• Prepares repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates.
• Explains work performed and repair order charges to customers.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards and handles inquiries.
• Greets customers and collects vehicle information using an iPad.
• Reviews repair orders and ensures completion and proper authorization.
