Job summary

Bowser Automotive in Pleasant Hills, PA, seeks an Express Service Advisor to be the first contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. You will greet customers, document needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, confirming warranties, and keeping customers informed about status and recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in automotive dealership or independent repair facility preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed.
• General knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is expected.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Bowser Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our busy service department in Pleasant Hills, PA. As an Express Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. You'll help ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience while keeping service appointments running efficiently and smoothly.

What You'll Do
