Bowser Automotive Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager, delivering an outstanding customer experience in the Greater Pittsburgh area. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive sales industry.

You will answer calls, follow up with customers, use CRM tools, assist with sales paperwork, and help with delivery while explaining features to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfort with CRM tools and customer communication.
• Willingness to obtain PA sales license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with current and prospective customers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Use CRM tools to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Assist with completing sales paperwork and documentation.
• Support vehicle delivery by explaining features and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and respond to online leads.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Follow the "Power of Bowser" sales process.
• Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

What We\'re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day)
