Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Winona, MN is seeking an friendly Express Service guest liaison to greet guests, coordinate service needs, and communicate throughout the process. You will be trained on our system and procedures to ensure a smooth, positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, have excellent communication skills, and a proven record of customer satisfaction. Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required; a clean driving record and valid license are required.

Job Details

In this fast-paced position at Dahl Express Service in Winona, MN, you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our express service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process. We will train you on our system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed!

This position offers earning potential of $50,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the guest experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled.
• Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the guest.
