Job summary

Dahl Express Service in Winona, MN is seeking a customer-oriented associate to manage express service guests and coordinate with technicians. You will greet guests, communicate service needs, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience from arrival to handoff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the guest experience and carry out assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to prevent mishandling.
• Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the guest.

In this fast-paced position at Dahl Express Service in Winona, MN, you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our express service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process.We will train you on our system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed! This position offers earning potential of $50,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the guest experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled.

Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the guest.

Qualifications

• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Team oriented and self-motivated

Able to work with little supervision

Previous automotive knowledge/experience is helpful, but not required

Clean driving record and valid driver\'s license
