Job summary

Ancira Auto Group in Texas seeks an Express Advisor / Service Advisor 2 to support the Lube Express Service Customer with maintenance checklists, oil changes, and scheduling. You will drive high customer satisfaction from initial contact through service completion and vehicle return, including possible loaner arrangements when delays occur.

Expect a 5-day workweek with Saturdays and a weekly pay range of $750–$1,500.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with 3 years minimum licensed driving time.
• Valid driver's license with favorable driving history.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass random drug testing.
• Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform courteous, knowledgeable intake of each customer's vehicle.
• Assure accurate documentation is maintained on all Repair Orders.
• Engage with customers to ensure clear, factual, and helpful communications.
• Monitor progress of work and keep customers informed as needed.
• Know and present Ancira-specific specials and positives to customers.
• Support service and sales teams with daily interactions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times.

Job Description

The Express Advisor / Service Advisor 2 position exclusively serves the Lube Express Service Customer (maintenance checklist, oil change, possible tire rotation; larger, actual repair needs are referred to Service Advisor 1). The Service Advisor 2 aggressively pursues and achieves high Customer Satisfaction Index ratings beginning with courteous and helpful initial customer contact (whether by phone, in person, or otherwise) and continuing through the entire service visit to include timely scheduling, intake, job completion, and pristine return of the vehicle to the customer to ensure total confidence and satisfaction. May arrange for loaner or rental in the event of uncontrollable delays or as may be needed according to manufacturer protocol. If so, you must also assure satisfactory experience as well as monitor return of the loaned vehicle within timely manner. IN ALL CASES:Ensures payment/closure of Repair Orders promptly/immediately on completed work and not later than 24 hours from repair completion unless clearly and indisputably authorized otherwise by management.

5 DAY WORKWEEK, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS WITH A DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK; CLOSED SUNDAYS.

Pay Range:

$750-$1500 per week; payday is Fridays
