Job summary

Diehl Chevrolet/Toyota of Hermitage in Hermitage, PA is hiring an Express Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry- to mid-level role offers hands-on experience with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections on Chevrolet and Toyota vehicles.

You will learn preventive maintenance, document services, and support a fast, customer-focused service flow. Previous quick lube or dealership experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Must be able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Experience in quick lube or dealership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Complete tire rotations and tire pressure checks.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, and other basic vehicle components.
• Replace engine air filters and cabin air filters.
• Replace windshield wipers and other basic maintenance items.
• Assist with basic automotive maintenance and light repairs.
• Identify potential maintenance and repair needs.
• Communicate inspection findings to Service Advisors.
• Document completed services and inspections.
• Safely operate vehicle lifts, automotive tools, and service equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow Chevrolet, Toyota, and dealership service procedures.
• Help maintain an efficient flow of vehicles through the service department.
