Job summary

Diehl Chevrolet of North Hills is seeking an Express Lube Technician to join a busy Pittsburgh-area service team. Entry-level to experienced technicians are welcome, with opportunities for training and advancement in a Chevrolet dealership.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, inspections, and basic preventative maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Mechanically inclined and interested in automotive repair.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player and good communication with service advisors.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to learn and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Inspect brakes, tires, belts, hoses, filters, and other maintenance items.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance components.
• Check tire pressure and tread depth.
• Identify potential maintenance and repair needs.
• Communicate service recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow Chevrolet and dealership service procedures.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently.
• Help provide customers with a professional, high-quality service experience.
