Job summary

Diehl of Sharon in Sharon, PA is seeking an Express Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This full-time role offers hands-on dealership experience and an opportunity to develop essential technical skills.

You’ll perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, while assisting Service Advisors and technicians. Prior quick-lube or dealership experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Complete tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, and components
• Replace air filters and wipers
• Assist with basic maintenance and light repairs
• Document services and inspection results
• Operate lifts and shop equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow dealership service procedures
• Help maintain efficient vehicle flow through the service area
