Hill Country Honda in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to maintain customer vehicles to dealer and factory standards. You will perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic inspections, working closely with the service team.

This on-site role requires a basic mechanical understanding, 1+ years in express lube, valid license, and a focus on timely, reliable service. You will communicate maintenance recommendations to the service advisor and contribute to a positive

• 1+ years of express/quick lube experience.
• Basic mechanical understanding required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• As an Automotive Lube Technician you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned following dealer and factory standards.
• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ years experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Operate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• You will manager your time.
• A team player who is focused on providing customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Est. Hourly Rate: $14.00-$18.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location.
