Job summary

Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay is seeking an entry-level technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections. You will rotate tires, keep bays organized, and provide friendly, informative service to guests.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00–$20.00/hour based on experience, with an extra $2.00/hour on Saturdays. Schedule is Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays; growth path and extensive benefits are offered by Bergstrom Automotive.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays clean and organized.
