Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay is seeking an Express Lube Manager to lead the daily operations of the express lube department and coach a team of technicians. You will drive efficiency, guest service, and profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and experience in automotive service. Schedule is Monday–Friday with hours around 7:00am to 5:30pm; salary ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in automotive service or express lube preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of express lube operations (oil changes, tire rotations, basic maintenance).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the express lube department, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to meet performance goals.
• Maintain high standards for guest service and positive guest experiences.
• Monitor and manage department performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, profitability).
• Oversee scheduling, training, and team development.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts, fluids, and supplies.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other departments for seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
