Job summary

Bergstrom Green Bay Ford is seeking an Entry Level Technician in Green Bay, WI. This part-time position offers a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule, with starting pay $17.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience and an extra $2.00 per hour on Saturdays.

You’ll perform oil changes, inspect filters, belts and other systems, rotate tires and check air pressure, and help keep bays clean while delivering friendly service to every guest.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
• Rotate tires and check air pressure
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized like a true pro
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest
