Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in express service scheduling.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Meet and greet customers when they arrive with a friendly welcome.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Communicates with customers through video and text.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to customer specifications.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
• Coordinates service and reconditioning of pre-owned inventory.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
