Qualifications

• Two years automotive experience, preferably in a service department.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Current valid driver's license with driving record that meets insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and collect vehicle information.
• Conduct walk-arounds on all vehicles at write-up.
• Writes up customer’s vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
