Job summary

A leading insurance company located in Indiana is seeking an Express Account Specialist to manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service. This role requires at least two years of property/casualty insurance experience and offers opportunities for growth within the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP/Express Team Leader and support both brokers and customers in navigating insurance policies and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property/casualty insurance experience required.
• Willingness to grow expertise in insurance and systems.
• Ability to navigate and utilize Express online systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Express business customer service inquiries.
• Work with the VP/Express Team Leader and insurance carriers.
• Provide high-level support to brokers and customers.
