Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively support Brokers with policy management and proposal preparation.
• Perform clerical functions, including document preparation and word processing.
• Prepare, issue, and reconcile client invoices; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with coverage questions and program adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.
• Support underwriting and claims-related services in Property & Casualty.
