Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to customer needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians
• Upsell recommended services using high-integrity, low-pressure techniques
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
• Follow dealership policies on vehicle care and customer interaction
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and notify when vehicles are ready
• Manage and sell extended warranties
• Ensure repair quality and completion
• Address minor customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

Requirements
