Job Description

We are hiring all level service technicians. At Gillman, we are dedicated to providing our technicians with the most efficient workspace. Our leadership team is technically inclined, and you will always have the resources and help you need to fix any type of problem you encounter. We focus on maximizing our technicians' pay plans with a process-oriented approach. Stellantis certifications are a plus but not required. We offer top pay for level 3 Stellantis certified technicians, and your current productivity will determine your pay plan. We prioritize a healthy work/life balance, with technicians working only one Saturday a month.

Since 1938, The Gillman Companies have been a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships. Based in Houston, the group has 11 dealerships across Houston, Rosenberg, San Benito, Harlingen, and San Antonio, representing Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Subaru.
