The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles. This position requires excellent teamwork and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. It is an hourly paid position.

1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
2. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
3. Accurately complete multi-point inspection forms for each vehicle.
4. Utilize product and technical training provided by manufacturers and management.
5. Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received.
6. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
7. Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
8. Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
9. Previous experience is highly preferred.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
11. Be at least 18 years old.
12. Possess a valid driver's license.
13. Have basic tools.
14. Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
