Job summary

AutoNation in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring an Auto Technician at entry level to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You'll work with seasoned technicians and service advisors to deliver quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Starting wage is $21+ per hour, with eligibility for bonuses based on productivity, proficiency and certifications. This role offers paid training, OEM certification support, and a path to Service or Management roles across the AutoNation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
