Phil Long Dealerships is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform light maintenance and basic repairs to dealership standards. You will work from repair orders, document completed work, and communicate with service advisors about timelines and needs.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, and coordinating with parts. A valid license and basic math skills are required, with opportunities to train and grow through manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1–3 months related experience/training (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read simple instructions and safety/procedure documents.
• Basic math and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oil/lube/filter services and tire rotation/balancing.
• Fluid checks and top-offs; cooling system maintenance.
• Road tests and parts coordination.
• Warranty part tagging and OSHA/hazardous-waste compliance.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, workspace, and tools; document work.
