Job summary

Hireology is seeking an Experienced Express Technician to join a high-volume Ford dealership’s Express Service team. The role focuses on efficient, quality quick-service work—oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and routine maintenance—while upholding Ford safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on automotive technician experience in express/quick-service.
• Proficiency with routine maintenance on modern vehicles (Ford preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform express/quick services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, fluids, filters) per manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and elevate complex repairs to appropriate technician/advisor.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time while maintaining safety and quality.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety protocols.
