Serra Gaylord is seeking an Express Technician to join the Service Team in a fast-paced dealership environment. The position focuses on light maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and coolant flushes, with growth potential toward automotive certifications.

No prior experience is required; candidates must communicate well, be detail-oriented, and have a valid driver’s license. Serra employees will provide training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
• You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fast-paced environment.
• This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.
