Carter Myers Automotive in Lexington Park, Maryland, is launching a brand-new Honda dealership opening in January 2027. We are hiring Express Technicians to join the founding team and grow with us from day one.

This full-time role offers hands-on maintenance, inspections, and strong training opportunities as you develop toward Main Shop Technician positions within a supportive, growth-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Desire to build a long-term automotive career and grow within the company.

Responsabilités

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow Honda and dealership service procedures.
• Assist Main Shop Technicians as needed.
• Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour plus bonus potential
