• Ability to lead staff, work in an elder-led structure, develop leaders, manage change, and provide vision without authoritarianism.
• Demonstrate character, healthy marriage/family life, humility, emotional maturity, financial integrity, and sustainable ministry habits.
• Appreciate history of FBC Groves while leading the church into its next chapter—not merely preserving past or dismantling it.
