Job summary

Wholestone Farms is seeking an Export Associate in Fremont, NE to manage export documentation, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure regulatory compliance for shipments to international markets.

The role requires organizing records, communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and maintaining awareness of trade regulations and customs procedures to support efficient export processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in shipping and/or logistics preferred.
• Export experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including government documents, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and bills of lading.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to comply with international regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with government office and QC to ensure adherence to export controls, trade compliance, and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure the transportation of goods to final destinations.
